Brought together at the Broken Sound Country Club in Boca Raton, Florida, the bridesmaids maintained happy spirits while practicing a special surprise dance number for the guests, helping Maureen get ready and toasting to the beautiful bride. Maureen stated, “One of my most favorite moments of the evening was marching out to the Badeken with my 10 bridesmaids… Each of these women have been such a special part of my personal journey so having them a part of the Badeken – sitting by my side- was so special.”
With weather permitting an outdoor ceremony; Debra Friedman, the Wedding Coordinator, agreed that Ed Cicelo did an excellent job rallying his team and provided the perfect venue along with outstanding service. It was a perfect for South Florida Photography to capture the memories. Maureen stepped out wearing a magnificent dress by Anna Maier Ulla – Maija Couture with her mother and father in hand. They made their way to the perfectly designed Chuppah, passing tall glass vases with bundles of white hydrangeas which paved the way to the beginning of Maureen and Brocks future together. Here, Maureen enjoyed one of her favorite moments, “marrying brock under the Chuppah.”
Total tropical bliss. Those would be the words to describe Cheryl and AJ’s wedding at the Bahia Mar in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We were particularly excited for this wedding because these two were no strangers to us as Cheryl’s mother, Terri, was a part of our team here at Domino Arts Photography and Cinematography. So when Terri approached us, we knew we just had to be part of this special as they are an extension to our family.
Let us start by announcing that this was not your typical wedding. The behind the scenes were just as exciting as the actual wedding ceremony and reception were. Cheryl and her six bridesmaids were all about the preparation for her special day but still keeping the atmosphere fun while drinking out of their humorous champagne glasses. Meanwhile, the groom and his men were outside dancing and drinking beers. It was all about enjoying each other’s company which allowed us to capture authentic moments.
A common mistake that I see a lot of brides make right before their wedding is neglecting their skin. Drinking a lot of water and moisturizing your skin the week leading up to your wedding is very important, and key for a flawless makeup application on your special day. If you have time it’s always great to get a microdermabrasion or a facial from your favorite spa.
Jasmine and her bridesmaids began the day getting ready at the Boca Raton Resort & Club, everyone was excited and ready to go! Jasmine looked completely stunning. From her long and flowing ruched wedding dress by Allure and her Jimmy Choo shoes, with their hidden message “I Do” written in crystals, to her flawless makeup, this bride was beautiful, calm and relaxed, but definitely looking forward to her day. A beautiful bride, and a beautiful day, which allowed our team to take many beautiful Boca Raton wedding pictures.
The bridesmaids performed double duty, they had devised a plan for the groom to go on a scavenger hunt. Using clues about the bride, each progressive clue bringing him closer to finding her for their first meeting. They even blind folded him to make sure that he did not accidentally see the bride too soon. When he finally “found” her, his smile beamed, this was obviously a couple in love, and so very much ready to be married.

It started raining, which is supposed to be good luck on your wedding day! South Florida in April, the perfect day, the perfect time, and at the Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty-Six, the perfect place to get some perfect Fort Lauderdale wedding photographs.
The bride, Lani, was excited, anxious to get ready and get everything started! She looked absolutely beautiful. When her bridesmaids carefully laced her into the exquisite satin and lace Alfred Angelo dress, and helped her step into her sexy indigo purple Mojo Moxy shoes, she was stunning. Her bridesmaids were all extremely helpful, always willing to help our team get the best possible poses for many memorable wedding pictures.
The ceremony was held inside surrounded by glass windows where you could see the amazing sunset that was peeking through the clouds and shining on them. The aisle beautifully decorated by bouquets of purple pansies and white hydrangea, dripping with crystals, as well as tall vases with floating candles and purple orchids suspended inside. The wedding aisle an artistic creation of black with white rose petals elegantly patterned on top, just waiting for the bride to walk over. And the alter provided a beautiful backdrop, created of a shower of crystals and blooms that continued the theme of purple and white flowers throughout.
Golden skies and perfect weather adorned the day for Maela and Vlad’s scenic South Florida wedding. Surrounded by water and its astonishing Japanese garden, the breath taking location was a perfect fit for wedding photos at the Morikami Museum in Boca Raton, Florida.
Candle light led the path which the gorgeous bride would be walking to meet her groom. Vlad looking handsome as ever in his tuxedo waited anxiously for his bride-to-be with his groomsmen by his side. As the ceremony started, the smiling bridesmaids entered the striking out door wedding ceremony. All dressed in a lovely one shoulder purple gown, they couldn’t contain they’re excitement as they led the way for bride holding delicate bouquets of purple and ivory flowers. Vlad was beaming as he saw Maela for the first time, he couldn’t take his eyes of her. Her long dark hair swayed in the wind as she walked down the aisle in her mermaid style wedding dress. The moment had come, as they both stood there gazing into each other’s eyes, it was evident how much they truly loved one another. It was the perfect recipe for our team at Domino Arts to photograph this wedding at the Morikami Museum. The romantic ceremony was nothing short than perfect as the couple spoke their vows and an occasional joke to keep their guest on their toes.
Jasmin is a beautiful, soon-to-be bride; and today, her happiness and anticipation are visible for all to see. It is a breezy and beautiful day for a Fort Lauderdale Beach wedding.
She and her wedding party are gathered in their suite, while stylist Jennette Sandifer from Beauty Couture makes sure that the bride and her attendants are all perfect. Every hair in its place, their makeup is flawless. All overseen by Wedding Planner Joni Scalzo from Your Special Day by Joni, who stayed on top of absolutely everything, from the group of giggling girls in the Brides room, to coordinating with Arthur Sands, the Director of Catering at the sumptuous B Ocean Fort Lauderdale; both working to ensure that the day is beyond compare.
The Brides Indian theme was beautiful, the vivid colors, the sparkling jewelry from Kyles Collection of London, the traditional hand designs, combined seamlessly with her strapless Stephen Yearick gown, with its crystal and bead accented bodice, and the crystal covered Sergio Rossi shoes. All uniting to beautifully blend the cultures of the bride and groom.
The B Ocean offered our team some incredible views and backdrops to capture this couples Fort Lauderdale Beach wedding pictures. The newly renovated lobby with its modern décor and color-changing wall, the fantastic terrace overlooking the beach, and the location itself is just steps from Fort Lauderdale Beach. All of which make this a picture perfect location for our team to capture the big day for Jasmin and Seth.
Even though it was a cloudy and slightly breezy on South Beach, it was still perfect for SouthFlorida wedding photography as Marisa prepared for her special day. Her make up by the talented BJ Simmons simply enhanced the already beautiful Marisa as she simply glowed in a beautiful wedding gown by Lilita Citadella.
The National Hotel was the perfect venue for Marisa and Jaime’s wedding. This amazing beachfront hotel, with its nostalgic art deco vibe and amazing pool, brings a touch of elegance that makes it ideal for modern South Florida wedding photography. With the handsome groomsmen in stone colored suits and the beautiful bridesmaids in beautiful magenta satin gowns, we couldn’t get enough photographs of the wedding party by the incredible pool.
Yaser Mohamad of the National Hotel made sure everything ran smoothly as a gorgeous outdoor ceremony took place where the lovely couple read their vows that brought a tear to everyone’s eyes.
From the beautiful bridesmaids to the handsome groomsmen to an incredibly gorgeous Amsale wedding dress right down to the metallic Jimmy Choo sandals, only one word comes to mind when describing Lorena and Mark’s wedding: sophistication.
The Latin flavor set the atmosphere and it was crazy getting ready for the wedding – we love what we do – so the challenge and enjoyment of the rushing around was thrilling to us. We loved working with Lorena! Our shoot with Lorena quickly turned into a glamorous wedding fashion photography session. She posed like a model and knew exactly what she wanted.
As you can see in the wedding photographs, the bride was glowing in all her pictures, and her beauty was enhanced by the wonderful hair and make-up of Joel Molina.
